PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER UPON RECEPTION AND CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY IF THE ITEM IS DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR IF YOU RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM. CUSTOMERS HAVE A 10 DAY PERIOD FROM DELIVERY DATE TO ADDRESS ISSUES. AFTER THOSE 10 DAYS YOU ARE NO LONGER ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE.
